Role Description - This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Consultant Project Manager.

  • The candidate will be responsible for managing sales projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • The Sales Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored consulting solutions.
  • Day-to-day tasks include client meetings, project management, strategic planning, and collaboration with the consulting team to drive business growth.

    • Qualifications :

  • Sales Consulting and Customer Service skills.
  • Experience in Consulting and Strategic Planning.
  • Proven ability to manage projects and work collaboratively.
  • Leading the consulting assignments in the area of strategy, sales, marketing and overall business.
  • Growth of clients Achieve the desired outcomes of consulting assignments, as short-term milestones and long-term objectives.
  • Leading team of consultants appointed on assigned projects to make sure, desired KPIs are achieved.
  • Dealing with clients (Director or CXO Level) and also a team of clients to achieve the desired results.
  • Understanding the challenges of clients in the area of strategy, sales, marketing and overall business.
  • Growth and Designing the Business Growth Strategy.
  • Implementation of Business Growth Strategy, on-site and off site too Solving the complex business problems.
  • Conduct market research and understand the Business Trends industry.
  • Make sure, long-lasting relationships with clients are built up.
