Qualifications

Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering

Experience : 5+ years in the IT industry with at least 5 years of experience developing custom applications on the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

Solution Development : Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, following a configuration-first approach.

Adherence to Best Practices : Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and delivers reliable, high-performance, and reusable solutions.

Technical Communication : Construct workflow charts and technical diagrams, as needed, to facilitate effective communication within the technical team.

Code Review & QA : Perform peer code reviews and provide support for QA and User Acceptance Testing.

Innovation and Updates : Stay current with upcoming Salesforce releases and integrate relevant updates into the technical strategy.

Documentation : Prepare clear and concise technical documentation for all implemented solutions.

Team Collaboration : Foster a team-oriented, problem-solving environment that values adaptability and creativity.

Must-Have Skills

Salesforce Expertise : Proficiency in Salesforce development, including : o Configuration (Flows, custom objects, fields). o Core Salesforce Platform(Apex, Migration Tools, SOSL, SOQL, Web Services).o Lightning framework experience, including Aura and Lightning Web Components.

Source Control and CI / CD : Experience with source control tools like GitHub, Bitbucket, and CI / CD processes.

Soft Skills : Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.o Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Customer Service : Demonstrated customer-first mentality with strong interpersonal skills.Good-to-Have Skills

Technical Skills : Experience with standard technologies including Java, jQuery, HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML / CSS.
