Job description

This role is for a Business Development Executive specializing in dealer onboarding . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and successfully bringing new dealers into our network, contributing directly to market expansion and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential new dealers that align with our business objectives.
  • Initiate contact and build rapport with prospective dealer partners.
  • Present the value proposition of partnering with our company, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for new dealer onboarding.
  • Guide new dealers through the entire onboarding process , ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to facilitate seamless integration of new dealers.
  • Monitor and report on onboarding progress and success metrics.
  • Contribute to strategies for market expansion and increasing our dealer network.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven ability in business development, sales, or partnership acquisition .
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills .
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities .
  • A proactive and target-driven mindset .
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
  • Understanding of dealer networks or channel partnerships is highly beneficial.
