This role is for a Business Development Executive specializing in dealer onboarding . The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and successfully bringing new dealers into our network, contributing directly to market expansion and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential new dealers that align with our business objectives.
- Initiate contact and build rapport with prospective dealer partners.
- Present the value proposition of partnering with our company, effectively addressing their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate terms and finalize agreements for new dealer onboarding.
- Guide new dealers through the entire onboarding process , ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., sales, operations, support) to facilitate seamless integration of new dealers.
- Monitor and report on onboarding progress and success metrics.
- Contribute to strategies for market expansion and increasing our dealer network.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven ability in business development, sales, or partnership acquisition .Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills .Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities .A proactive and target-driven mindset .Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.Understanding of dealer networks or channel partnerships is highly beneficial.Skills Required
