Roles and Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming guest queries via social media, GMB, and reference leads.
• Understand guest requirements and provide accurate information about destinations, packages, and offers.
• Maintain detailed records of inquiries, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM / Excel tracker.
• Coordinate with the reservations / operations team to finalize bookings.
• Share relevant offers, promotions, or itinerary details to improve conversion.
• Support the sales team in reporting daily / weekly performance metrics.
