Senior Finance Leader

We’re Hiring – Assistant Vice President, Finance | Pune

Salary - Upto 50 Lakhs

We are looking for an experienced finance leader (CA & MBA – Finance) with 18+ years of expertise in treasury management, audits, taxation, financial reporting, and strategic planning . The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional with strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills, ready to drive financial excellence and process efficiency across multi-location operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee treasury, cash flow, and debt servicing , ensuring optimal fund utilization and cost efficiency.
• Manage internal audit, statutory compliance, taxation, and finalization of accounts .
• Support leadership in pricing, budgeting, project evaluation, and funding assessments .
• Prepare and present cash flow projections, budgets, and financial reports for management reviews.
• Supervise billing, collections, and receivables , ensuring revenue optimization and minimal overdues.
• Drive process improvements and quality initiatives to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor senior finance professionals to ensure alignment with corporate financial strategy and compliance.
