Abinitio Support - Lead - CREQ Description

Job Description : Responsibilities :

Incident / request tracking, investigation and closure
Change requests creation, review and implementation
Environments health checks and validations
Application and DB alerts setup and monitoring
DB refresh and maintenance
Identify the automation for repetitive activities and proposal for performance improvements. Automate daily / weekly / monthly application maintenance
Monitoring service availability , batch jobs, report generations and ensure that the job executions are completed within SLA.
Perform Deployments, data loads & Data Copies
Perform other duties as assigned
Ability and willingness to work in 24 / 7 support model, including night shifts.

Required Skills :

Should have 6+ years of total experience and having min 5 years of experience in AbInitio .

Intermediate AI knowledge (Service Now, Control Center, Autosys, Generic(graphs, plans) development, performance optimizations, multi file system etc.).

Database knowledge(Partitioning, query optimization, basic query writing, indexes etc.).

Experience with various Ab initio parallelism techniques, Ab initio Graphs using Data, Pipeline & Component parallelisms

Strong knowledge in Oracle / SQL (along with procedures and functions)

Hands on in cloud applications like Open Shift.

Should have exposure in Cloud infra support.

Strong knowledge in Linux including shell scripting.

Dedicated, diligent and efficient.

Good communication skills and prepare to go for extra mile

Nice to have skills :

Domain knowledge in Finance / Liquidity reporting is an added advantage

Basic Project / Release Management - Jira, RLM, service now.
