What You Will Sell (Our Four Solutions)
1. Precision12 Executive Search : Research-driven, globally benchmarked leadership hiring.

3. People Advisory for Founders : Org design, hiring strategy, team structuring, people diagnostics.
4. Cross-Border Talent & Global Expansion Hiring : India ↔ UAE, SEA, EU, US.
Key Responsibilities
Execute ABM playbook daily
Create segmented outreach lists (India + UAE)
Personalised email, WhatsApp, InMail, follow-ups
Generate 10–15 qualified meetings monthly
Maintain CRM discipline (Zoho Bigin or other equivalent)
Work closely with BGR Founder & Global VP
Drive measurable PLI outcomes
Must-Have Requirements
2–5 years in inside sales / outreach / B2B lead gen
Confidence to speak with founders, CEOs, CHROs
Prior experience in : recruitment, consulting, HR tech, SaaS, B2B services
Strong communication + persistence
Working laptop + stable internet
Secluded workspace at home (mandatory)
Ability to operate from a co-working centre if required
Compensation & Rewards
₹4–6 LPA Fixed Salary
PLI Incentives = Up to equal amount of fixed salary
EXTRA BONUS : Up to 1 Month Salary for extraordinary performance
(Awarded on delivering 130–150% of monthly KPIs + exceptional client feedback)
High achievers routinely earn ₹12–15 LPA+ all-inclusive. (Extra-ordinary achievers can earn up to 20-22 LPA) - There is no upside limit on incentives
