Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced

Angular Lead

to join our digital product engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in front-end architecture and development using Angular and associated technologies, and a proven ability to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the front-end development team and mentor junior developers

Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and front-end architecture

Design, develop, and maintain advanced Angular applications with high performance and responsiveness

Collaborate closely with backend developers, UX / UI designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration

Drive coding best practices, performance optimization, and maintainability standards

Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, scalability, and security

Identify UI bottlenecks and recommend / implement performance improvements

Stay current with the latest Angular trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Technical Skills Required :

Strong proficiency in

Angular 10+

(preferably Angular 12 / 13 or higher)

Solid understanding of

HTML5, CSS3, SASS / LESS, JavaScript, TypeScript

Experience with

RxJS ,

NgRx

or other state management tools

Hands-on experience with

RESTful APIs

and

integration with backend services

Familiarity with

responsive design ,

cross-browser compatibility , and

web accessibility

Exposure to tools like

Webpack ,

Jest / Karma ,

ESLint ,

Prettier

Experience in

Agile / Scrum

environments

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Experience working in BFSI domain or enterprise-grade applications

Knowledge of containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus

Familiarity with CI / CD tools and DevOps practices
