Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of IT experience specifically in BlueConic administration .
  • Total of 4+ years of IT experience .
  • Hands-on experience with BlueConic or similar Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) .

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of customer data management , segmentation , and real-time personalization .
  • Proficiency with JavaScript , REST APIs , and tag management systems .
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms and digital analytics tools .
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes , ServiceNow , Control-M , or equivalent tools.

    • Support & Operations

  • Ability to work in a 24×7 L2 support model .
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities with a focus on detailed, methodical problem solving.

  • Excellent analytical , communication , and reporting skills.
