Planning Engineer

We're Hiring : Planning Engineer – Infrastructure Projects

Experience : Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer to join our dynamic team, playing a critical role in the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in planning and scheduling , with a strong track record on complex civil infrastructure developments, including superstructures, bridges, and underpasses .

Experience with RTA (Roads and Transport Authority) projects is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar tools

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of plans with execution

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts

Identify project risks, delays, and propose mitigation strategies

Track resource usage and ensure efficient allocation aligned with project timelines

Conduct time impact analysis for variations, delays, and extension of time (EOT) claims

Attend client and consultant meetings to present planning deliverables and progress reports

Support in tender planning and bid submissions for future infrastructure projects

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent; PMP certification is a plus.

Minimum 15 years of experience in planning and scheduling of infrastructure projects

Proven expertise in bridges, underpasses, superstructures , and related civil works

Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 , MS Project, and other planning tools

RTA experience (UAE) is highly preferred

Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
