Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Intern. The Recruitment Intern will assist with tasks such as conducting candidate searches, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment events. They will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the applicant tracking system, communicating with candidates, and supporting various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant experience or coursework in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
• Detail-oriented with excellent data management and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• Passion for learning and developing a career in recruitment
