Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Inside Sales Associate to drive business growth in the UAE and Middle East markets while working from our Mumbai office . The role involves identifying potential clients, building strong relationships, and managing the complete sales cycle. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, presenting tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work across time zones to effectively connect with international prospects.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities in the UAE and Middle East markets.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings to engage potential clients and promote products / services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to execute targeted campaigns.
  • Maintain an accurate record of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Understand regional market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements :

1) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2) 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably handling international (UAE / Middle East) clients.

3) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4) Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

5) Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM).

6) Willingness to work flexible hours to align with UAE / Middle East time zones.
