Senior Software Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Google Cloud Functions (GCF) App Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of serverless applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in building scalable, secure, and high-performance serverless architectures, along with hands-on experience integrating Cloud Functions with broader GCP services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Development : Architect, develop, and deploy serverless applications using Google Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and other GCP services.
• System Integration : Build and maintain APIs and event-driven solutions integrating GCF with services such as Pub / Sub, Cloud Storage, Firestore, BigQuery, Cloud SQL, and Cloud Scheduler.
• Performance & Scalability : Optimize serverless workloads for low latency, cost efficiency, and high availability.
• Security & Compliance : Implement IAM best practices, secret management, and secure API gateways; ensure compliance with enterprise security standards.
• CI / CD & DevOps : Set up and maintain automated pipelines for serverless deployments.
• Monitoring & Reliability : Leverage Cloud Logging, Cloud Monitoring (Stackdriver), and Error Reporting to build robust observability and alerting.
• Collaborate to deliver end-to-end cloud-native solutions.
