About the Role :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Drupal Developer with a strong background in PHP and React to join our development team.

In this role, you will lead the architecture, development, and customization of complex Drupal-based web applications, integrating them seamlessly with modern front-end frameworks and third-party systems.

You will work closely with designers, content managers, product owners, and fellow developers to deliver high-performance, scalable solutions that are aligned with both technical and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and implement custom Drupal modules, themes, and templates.
  • Extend and customize Drupal core functionality using PHP, ensuring adherence to best coding practices.
  • Manage content types, views, blocks, permissions, and user roles in Drupal.
  • Integrate Drupal with external APIs and services for data exchange and workflow automation.
  • Optimize backend performance for fast page loads, efficient queries, and minimal server load.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly front-end interfaces using React.
  • Integrate React components with Drupal through RESTful APIs, JSON : API, or GraphQL.
  • Ensure consistency with UI / UX design guidelines, maintaining cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
  • Contribute to CI / CD pipelines, deployment automation, and version control using Git.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure code quality.
  • Work with headless or decoupled Drupal architectures where applicable.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, QA testers, and project managers to deliver on sprint goals.
  • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and implementation plans.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives).

Qualifications & Skills :

Required :

  • 3+ years of professional experience with Drupal (7 / 8 / 9 / 10), including module and theme development.
  • Proficient in PHP, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming and Drupal API.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, or similar modern front-end frameworks.
  • Experience building REST APIs, integrating with Drupal JSON : API, and front-end consumption.
  • Strong command of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern web standards.
  • Familiarity with SQL and Drupal database architecture.
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO fundamentals.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
