The Industrial Relation Officer will be responsible for maintaining a positive relationship between the management and employees, addressing grievances, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships between the organization and its employees.
- Handle employee grievances and disputes effectively and efficiently.
- Assist in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with employee representatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits of employee relations practices and policies.
- Provide guidance and support to management on employee relations issues.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in industrial relations or a related field.Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Education
