We’re looking for a Brand Director a strategic thinker and client partner who knows how to transform insight into impact. Someone who leads with clarity, collaborates across disciplines, and elevates brand narratives in a digital-first world.
As a Brand Director, you’ll own the brand strategy and client relationships across marquee accounts, guide the creative process with business intelligence, and inspire integrated teams to craft work that is insight-led, platform-ready, and future-facing.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as the strategic lead and primary point of contact for key clients building trusted partnerships and long-term brand value.
- Partner with Creative, Strategy, Media teams to shape digital-first brand strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Translate client business objectives into sharp briefs, actionable plans, and high-performing creative work.
- Lead new business efforts drive proposals, pitches, and growth across existing clients.
- Ensure strong project delivery across multiple workstreams on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Drive process excellence between client servicing, creative, and cross-functional partners.
- Manage and mentor a team of brand strategists / account leads building capabilities and leadership within the team.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, audience behavior, and emerging technologies (especially in AI and automation).
- Be a brand custodian ensuring consistency, creativity, and innovation across all touchpoints.
- Drive financial accountability across projects including planning, forecasting, and profitability tracking.
What You’ll Need
7–8 years of experience in brand strategy or account leadership at a creative, digital, or integrated agency.Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and inspire strategic, creative, and media collaboration.A deep understanding of digital ecosystems across content, social, commerce, performance, and platform storytelling.Strong presentation skills able to articulate strategic thinking and creative rationale with confidence and clarity.Business-minded and entrepreneurial you think about brand building as much as business growth.Experience working with large-scale brands, preferably across FMCG, beauty, lifestyle, or tech categories.Proficiency in tools like GA4, Meta Business Suite, and AI-led content planning is a plus.Passionate about creativity, culture, and innovation with a “can-do” mindset and a bias for action.
