Job Description
- Manage relationships with all major Quick Commerce platforms
- Own and deliver PnL for the Quick Commerce channel.
- Drive listing, availability, and visibility across platforms.
- Optimize ad spends and ROAS across accounts.
- Lead cataloging, content accuracy, and promotional strategy.
- Ensure channel growth and market share gains.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Quick Commerce, preferably with a recent or emerging brand in Beauty & Personal Care.
- 5-7 years of work experience
- Strong understanding of platform dynamics and consumer behavior in Q-commerce.
- Existing relationships with category teams in Q-com organisations.
- Proven ability to manage PnL, ad performance, and inventory.
- Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
