Role Overview
Setup customer support workflows using client shared SOPs. Craft high-impact prompts for AI agents to produce accurate responses. You will own end to end setup—from initial kickoff call to testing, iteration, and QA.
What you will Own
Design end-to-end workflows & user journeys across industries
Write & optimize prompts for accuracy, tone, and context
Evaluate outputs via checklists / A-B tests, edge-case reviews, and user feedback
Drive continuous quality improvements
Troubleshoot response issues; define guardrails and instructions to reduce hallucinations
Document best practices and playbooks for repeatable delivery
Work with product and tech teams to deliver on-time and customer centric output
What we are looking for
Analytical, curious, iterative; comfortable running lightweight experiments and reviews
Tool-savvy with LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.); no coding required (low / no-code builders a plus)
