Brief Job Description : Excellent understanding of R2R – Costing, General accounting, JE preparation, Audit, Fixed Asset accounting, Reconciliation.Ability to identify inefficient / ineffective processes and develops recommendations to enhance controls and efficiency.Prepare financial analysis during the monthly accounting close to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with reporting standardsValidate non-financial statistical data for accuracy and consistency to support integrated financial reportingPrepare and deliver post-close reporting packages, including Monthly Operating Review materials, financial statements, distribution packets, and facility Board materials.Review and authorize fixed asset transactions, including additions and disposalsLead and perform in-depth financial analysis, both scheduled and ad hoc, to uncover performance drivers, trends, and improvement opportunitiesDeliver timely, insightful decision-support analyses on financial performance, strategic initiatives, business planning, and investment casesCollaborate with business leaders to develop real-time, actionable insights that drive operational and financial outcomesLead the consolidation and analysis of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectivesPerform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and organizational successCompetencies Required : Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams in managing sensitive engagements with professionalism and consistencyExpertise in high-stakes negotiation and conflict resolutionStrong command of data-driven decision-making, with the ability to identify root causes of recurring disputesChampion of a service excellence culture, embedding accountability and resilience within teams to ensure superior customer experienceAccountable for ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit standards, and regulatory requirements through robust documentation practices and continuous process validationSetting and monitoring performance benchmarks, ensuring that all operational targets are consistently met or exceededDemonstrates flexibility in managing evolving business priorities and takes ownership of additional strategic responsibilities as delegated by senior leadership
