Job Summary : Full Stack Developer (Python and React)

  • Initial Work Location (First 6 Months) : Sri City Trade Centre, Central Expressway, Sri City, Andhra Pradesh – 517646 ( 70 KM from Chennai )
  • After 6 Months : Candidate can continue from either Chennai or Bangalore (Wissen Office)
  • Experience : 3–5 years
  • Work Mode : Work from Office
  • Notice Period : 15 days to 30 days preferred

About the Role : As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building scalable frontend and backend systems, crafting intuitive user interfaces, and ensuring seamless integration with cloud-native services.

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications (frontend & backend).
  • Collaborate with product managers, UI / UX designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks.
  • Build and manage backend services, APIs, and databases.
  • Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
  • Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure coding standards.
  • Implement CI / CD pipelines and participate in DevOps processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years total experience, with 3+ years as a Full Stack Developer.

    • Required Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks React.JS.
  • Strong backend development skills with Python and Django Framework.
  • Experience in working with databases (SQL & NoSQL) such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
  • Proficiency in RESTful APIs, GraphQL and microservices-based architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git, GitHub / GitLab).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
  • Exposure to CI / CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
