The role in a nutshell :

As aFinance Executive, you will be working for the ad hoc analysis of the finance functions and support accounts payable and Invoice processing.

How you will make a difference :

• Processing Monthly Payroll invoice and sending of invoices to the clients.
• Booking FX trades on Ebury platform
• Ensuring the invoices are processed correctly and Fees and charges are ed as per the Master service agreement
• Journal Posting into SUN system
• Ensuring invoices are processed as per the schedule.
• Work closely with Global Operation teams to ensure all invoices have been received for processing, if anything pending to be processed need to chase OPS team
• Respond to any queries raised by clients
• Assist with assessing any PPS for new clients
• Prioritizing any urgent tasks needing completing
