🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Counsellor (SAT Program) with a strong background in U.S. Sales or International Education Counselling .
You will be responsible for guiding students interested in studying in the U.S. undergraduate programs, helping them understand SAT test preparation, college admission requirements, and academic pathways — while driving lead conversions and revenue growth .
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about SAT courses , U.S. universities , and application timelines .
- Handle inbound and outbound calls , emails, and WhatsApp queries from prospective students.
- Convert leads into enrollments by understanding students’ goals and recommending suitable programs.
- Use U.S. sales and communication expertise to build trust and deliver persuasive counselling sessions.
- Stay updated on SAT exam formats, U.S. admission processes , and visa requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of leads and conversions in the CRM system .
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
- Participate in webinars, counselling sessions, and offline events for lead generation.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets .
🧠 Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written English (neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred).Strong sales and persuasion skills with prior experience in U.S. market or education sales .Knowledge of U.S. education system, SAT exam, and college admission process .Ability to handle multiple leads and convert them through effective follow-ups.Good understanding of CRM tools, Excel / Google Sheets, and lead tracking systems .Professional attitude, result-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.🎓 Qualification & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in any field.2–5 years of experience in :U.S. Education Counselling, orU.S. Process Sales / EdTech Inside Sales, orStudy Abroad Counselling (U.S. focused).🕒 Work Schedule :
