Job Summary :

We are looking for a Salesforce QA Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Salesforce automation testing, and test framework development using Java and Selenium. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce functionality and will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce implementations through test automation and manual testing practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, primarily focused on Sales Cloud.
• Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to understand requirements and translate them into test plans and test cases.
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and other testing tools.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing for Salesforce components (custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, triggers).
• Validate Salesforce automation workflows and processes (Process Builder, Flows, Approval Processes).
• Test across different environments including Lightning Experience, mobile, and integrated applications.
• Log, track, and manage defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or ALM.
• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI / CD) pipelines.
• Ensure high standards of quality and performance for Salesforce releases and :
• 3 - 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud including leads, opportunities, accounts, contacts, workflows, and automation.
• Proficiency in Java programming for writing automation scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or JUnit, and automation frameworks (Page Object Model, etc.).
• Experience testing Salesforce Lightning components, Apex classes / triggers, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools (e.g., Flow, Process Builder).
• Experience with version control systems like Git and CI / CD tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of QA best practices and SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and communication skills.
