Responsibilities :

• Strategic Test Planning : Partner with Technical Leads and Product Managers to define and execute effective test strategies aligned with project goals and timelines.
• Test Design & Execution Oversight : Lead high-impact test efforts, ensuring robust test coverage and adherence to quality standards across manual and automated processes.
• Automation & Optimization : Enhance existing test automation frameworks using tools like Selenium and Appium , and identify opportunities to streamline QA processes through continuous improvement and tooling upgrades.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Act as the QA point of contact, ensuring transparent communication with product and development teams. Promote quality practices across the SDLC.
• Quality Ownership : Drive QA deliverables within Agile projects, mentor junior team members, and champion testing best practices.
• Innovation & Continuous Learning : Stay current with industry trends in QA methodologies and technologies. Share insights to drive innovation within the QA team.
