Key Responsibilities
Visitor Management : Greet and welcome guests, ensure a positive and professional first impression, and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Communication : Answer incoming phone calls, manage voicemail, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the correct parties.
Administrative Support : Perform tasks like filing, data entry, document preparation, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies.
