- Develop new customer and distributors and work closely with existing local customers and
distributors in the area allotted
Manage & support local projects and customer’s requirements, through identifying their needs.Use market and consumer knowledge and insights to actively seeking new opportunitiesIdentify areas for continuous improvements and implement efficient and smart ways ofworking
Experience and contact with local customers and distributorsPassionate about Fragrances and an ability or interest in learning to recognize ol-factive notes,taste profiles of fragrances
Strong desire to learn from key successes and failure to seek continuous improvementVery good team player with positive ‘Can Do’ attitude & collaborative mindsetShould be willing to travel around and if required relocateAbility to manage challenging deadlines and heavy workloadGood communication (written & verbal) skills in English, Hindi and proficiency in the locallanguage.
Required Academics And Experience & Skills
Bachelor's Degree / University Degree / Business / Marketing2-4 years of Fragrance Industry Sales or Marketing relevant experience.
