What You’ll Do

You’ll be at the heart of our studio — the bridge that connects design, production, and management.

Your day-to-day will be a mix of coordination, communication, and problem-solving — ensuring projects run smoothly and the studio stays organised and inspired.

• Support the design and management teams in planning and tracking project progress.
• Coordinate meetings, documentation, and communication across teams and clients.
• Assist in preparing proposals, schedules, and project presentations.
• Manage studio operations — from daily logistics to long-term organisation.
• Help maintain a positive, creative, and efficient work environment.
