Social Media Intern (Immediate Start)

This is a paid, hybrid, full-time internship for young (at heart) marketers who are curious, organised, and eager to learn social media marketing driven by data and intuition alike. Please note that this is strictly not for people still in college.

We’re looking for a Social Media Intern to help run our day-to-day social media operations and engage with our community of 200K+ founders, creators, and artists. You’ll get a front-row seat to Social Media Marketing at ExCo.

The Work

You’ll touch many parts of our marketing machine : some of it creative, some operational, all of it essential. Here’s what that could look like :

• Social Media Ops : Assist with scheduling, posting and tracking across social media.
• Performance & Experiment Tracking : Help log marketing experiments and learnings. Monitor marketing metrics, and spot what’s working (and what’s not).
• Social Listening & Community Management : Interact with our 200k+ community on Instagram via DMs, comments, tags, and mentions. Help the brand talk in a way that feels human and on-tone.
• Content Curation (Not Creation) : Develop a great creative taste in identifying content that works and is aligned with the brand persona.
• Market Research : Study interesting campaigns, category trends, and brand moves.
• Internal Meeting Support : Capture notes during team huddles, structure them for async execution, and help follow through on next steps.
