Overview

We are seeking a

Senior SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant

to join our global delivery team supporting a leading

Life Sciences customer transitioning from SAP APO to SAP IBP . The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise across Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning modules and proven experience leading IBP implementations and migrations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end

SAP IBP implementation and APO-to-IBP migration

activities for a large life sciences client.

Configure and enhance IBP modules including

Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP .

Translate business requirements into functional design and align solutions with

SAP best practices .

Collaborate with onshore teams in the U.S. and customer stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Manage

data integration

and interfaces between ECC / S / 4HANA and IBP (CPI-DS, SDI, or CI-DS).

Support

data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT) , and cutover readiness.

Develop user training materials and support post go-live hypercare and enhancements.

Provide subject matter expertise on

supply chain planning optimization and process improvement

initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years

of experience in SAP Supply Chain Planning (APO / IBP).

5+ years

of hands-on SAP IBP implementation experience (Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP).

At least

one full-cycle migration from APO to IBP .

Strong integration knowledge with SAP ECC or S / 4HANA.

Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate in a

global delivery model (Onsite–Offshore) .

Experience in life sciences or pharma industry preferred.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with

APO PP / DS or SNP

modules.

SAP IBP certification .

Hands-on experience with

CPI-DS

integration and

template rollout projects .

Exposure to

S / 4HANA Manufacturing and Supply Chain

integration scenarios.
