Key Responsibilities – Modular MEP Design and Engineering

• Design and develop integrated MEP systems for modular construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for prefabrication, assembly, and installation of modular building services.
• Create high-quality 3D MEP system designs in Revit / Fab CAD.
• Coordinate with structural and architectural teams, ensuring smooth BIM integration, accurate model exchanges, and on-time delivery.
• Lead modular coordination and clash detection in Navisworks.
• Prepare HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layouts, and perform duct & pipe sizing calculations.
• Design MEP modular frames and prepare cut sheets for modular fabrication.
