Job descriptionStrong technical skills in MEP design, with a comprehensive understanding of modular construction methods and processes. Demonstrated proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and BIM modelling software. Effective communicator, able to articulate design concepts and technical information clearly to colleagues, clients, and suppliers. Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple project priorities and meeting tight deadlines. Adept at problem-solving, with the ability to troubleshoot complex design challenges and implement practical solutions. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, coordinated technical outputs. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years' experience in an MEP design role, ideally with exposure to modular or offsite construction projects. Experience producing technical drawings, calculations, and documentation for modular building services systems. Solution-oriented and adaptable, with a keen interest in advancing modular construction and engineering practices. Dynamic and collaborative team player who values diversity and inclusive communication within multidisciplinary teams. Proactive approach to problem-solving, with a commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Ethical, dependable, and demonstrates a high level of personal and professional integrity in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities – Modular MEP Design and Engineering
- Design and develop integrated MEP systems for modular construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations and standards.
- Prepare detailed drawings, schematics, and technical documentation for prefabrication, assembly, and installation of modular building services.
- Create high-quality 3D MEP system designs in Revit / Fab CAD.
- Coordinate with structural and architectural teams, ensuring smooth BIM integration, accurate model exchanges, and on-time delivery.
- Lead modular coordination and clash detection in Navisworks.
- Prepare HVAC shop drawings, ventilation and chilled water layouts, and perform duct & pipe sizing calculations.
- Design MEP modular frames and prepare cut sheets for modular fabrication.
