About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR professional who can seamlessly handle both salon floor teams and office-based staff .
This role is a blend of people management, culture building, and structured HR operations.
Key Responsibilities 1. Salon HR Responsibilities
- Recruitment of stylists, technicians, therapists & front desk
- Conduct trials, skill assessments, and grooming checks
- Manage shift schedules, attendance, and roster planning
- Regular performance tracking : revenue, rebooking, retail
- Handle salon staff onboarding, training & grooming standards
- Employee relations and conflict resolution on the salon floor
2. Office / Corporate HR Responsibilities
Recruitment for office roles (marketing, accounts, operations, admin)Drafting offer letters, contracts, KRAs, and HR documentsHandling payroll coordination & leave managementDeveloping and updating HR policies & SOPsManaging performance reviews and appraisalsCoordinating cross-department communication3. Culture, Engagement & Training
Plan monthly team engagement activitiesCoordinate workshops, technical training & soft-skill developmentBuild a positive, collaborative culture across both salon & office teams4. Compliance & Administration
Maintain employee files & HR dashboardsEnsure adherence to POSH, PF / ESIC (if applicable)Support operational tasks and inter-department workflowsWho We’re Looking For
