Handling application support for SaaS platforms Duck Creek

Coordinating with offshore teams for issue resolution and environment setup.

Managing incident logging and escalation in alignment with ITIL frameworks

Incident Management : Respond to and resolve user-reported incidents and service requests related to application

Troubleshooting : Diagnose technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions for application and system issues

System Maintenance : Perform routine checks on application health to ensure reliability

User Support : Guide users through problem resolution steps via phone, email, or chat, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption.

Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles.

Collaboration : Work closely with developers, testers, and other IT teams to resolve complex issues and support new system implementations.

Training : Provide training and guidance to end-users for effective use of technology and applications.
