Basic Engineering and calculation knowledge( concept & Layout)

Responsible for the Project from end to end within time

Design calculation for speed, power, torque, stress and deflection

Selection of critical bought out items like gear box, servo motors, pneumatics, LM guides etc

New Product development of Machines and its components

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 4-7 years experience in design dept.

Hands-on experience on Solid Edge and Auto cad is must.

Preparation of 3D model, 2D drawing ,assembly and bill of material

Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication and machining processes

Thorough knowledge of GD&T

Preparing technical specifications, material selection, performing

engineering calculations to verify with the design requirements.

Should have good knowledge on standard part selections (gearbox,

bearings, electrical actuators, ball screw, couplings)

Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatic is must

Knowledge of Heat treatment & surface treatment

Disciplined team worker, ability to work independently

Knowledge of ERP system

Knowledge of engineering release process
