Job description

Role : Customer Support Executive (International Chat Support)

Domain : Logistics Process

Eligibility & Requirements :

  • Experience : 6 months - 1 year (Experience in Shipping Exports Documentation or Bill of Lading process )
  • Freshers : Must be flexible to work in any shift (fixed / rotational)

Work Schedule : Shift Timings :

  • Any shifts fixed or rotational the typical shift start times are 7 AM, 12 : 30 PM, 4 PM, 5 : 30 PM, 7 : 30 PM and 9 : 30 PM.
  • 5 Days work and 2 days rotational week offs.
  • Education : Should not be pursuing or planning to pursue PG degrees.
  • Location : Chennai candidates only.
  • Salary :

  • Fresher - 14,000 Take Home / 17,000 CTC
  • Experienced - Max up to 2.85 LPA
