Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Director located in New Delhi. The Human Resources Director will oversee HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. Responsibilities include developing and implementing performance management systems, handling employee grievances, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves strategic planning, staff development, and ensuring the organization's HR practices are aligned with its goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Skilled in managing Employee Relations and resolving employee grievances
• Understanding of Performance Management systems
• Familiar with Labor and Employment Law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus
