Role Summary
Assist in smooth running of back-office tasks : client reporting, and trade support to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send periodic reports (e.g. portfolio statements, contract notes)
- Support post-trade tasks : trade validation, reconciliation, exception handling
- Respond to client / internal queries regarding reports or accounts
- Ensure posting of funds in clients ledger , Pay in and Pay Out
- Coordinate with internal teams (front office, compliance, IT, Collateral)
- Ensure pay in and pay out of client's securities
