Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate the implementation of HR systems and related technical projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience combined with technical knowledge, ensuring successful delivery of complex HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end-to-end project management of HR system implementations , ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Collaborate closely with HR, IT, vendors, and other stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation to track progress and milestones.

Manage risks, issues, and changes effectively to minimize project impact.

Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams and provide regular project updates to stakeholders.

Coordinate system testing, user training, and go-live support to ensure smooth transitions.

Oversee post-implementation reviews and continuous improvements to HR systems and processes.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, preferably with HR system implementations (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) .

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Technical background with the ability to liaise effectively between business and IT teams.

Experience managing vendors and third-party consultants.

PMP or similar project management certification preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
