We are People Design and Communications. We call ourselves an advertising company to prevent an identity crisis from seeping in. But truthfully, we're an entertainment firm whose product happens to be ideas for design, communication and advertising.

The name is a dead giveaway of our philosophy - to connect with brands or brands with people, or die trying. Established in 2010, we have had the good fortune to grow with brands that have now become household names : iD Fresh, 3M, Loca Loka, Razorpay, Swiggy, The Bowl Company, Mfine, Orange Health, Peps Mattresses and a lot more.

Location : Bengaluru

Position : Brand Services Executive

This is a full-time from-office role in Bangalore for a Brand Services Executive (2-3 years experience). Key responsibilities for this role include managing client relationships, managing creative operations for ATL, BTL, Packaging design projects, developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media handles and working collaboratively with the wider creative team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as an interest in growing into a client facing role.

Your Responsibilities :

  • Liaise between the agency and clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Understand client needs, objectives, and expectations for communication initiatives.
  • Develop creative briefs and campaign plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to clients on campaign performance and key metrics.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure smooth project flow.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Preparing and managing social media creative development along with any other marketing materials.
  • Experience working in a mainline creative agency is preferred but not required.
  • Manage billing and collections on your brands.
