Job description

Description : JOB SUMMARY :

The Application Developer Basic Skills (SR) is responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of internal business applications and data workflows that support enterprise operations.

This role combines hands-on technical delivery with architectural oversight, stakeholder engagement, and mentoring responsibilities.

The Senior Developer ensures that solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Lead the development and modernization of applications using low-code platforms, .NET, and legacy systems
  • Architect structured data workflows and ETL pipelines using SQL Server, MySQL, and related tools
  • Collaborate with business units and IT leadership to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions
  • Ensure application performance, reliability, and compliance with internal and external standards
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, and contribute to technical governance and best practices
  • Provide advanced support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement for production systems
  • Participate in solution design reviews, documentation, and deployment planning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Years of Work Experience : 9 to 13 years in enterprise application development and support
  • Educational Attainment : Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred
  • Required / Preferred Certification / Professional License (if applicable) :
  • Below certifications are preferred :
  • Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Oracle Database SQL Certified Professional
  • Microsoft .NET Developer
  • Mendix Advanced Developer or equivalent low-code certification
  • Knowledge and Skills Requirement
  • Advanced proficiency in .NET (VB.NET / C#), SQL, and legacy systems
  • Deep experience with low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix) and structured data management
  • Strong architectural understanding of ETL pipelines, data governance, and performance optimization
  • Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor developers
  • Familiarity with banking systems, compliance requirements, and secure development practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
