Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Services Representative, based in Abohar. The Client Services Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service. Daily tasks include managing client inquiries, addressing concerns, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. The role requires effective communication skills to align client needs with company services and to provide seamless support throughout the client journey.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Client Services, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
• Basic understanding of Finance or experience handling client accounts is a plus.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred.
