Job Title : Technical Lead

Required Skillset : AWS (Quick Sight, Step Functions, Athena, S3, Glue), SQL, Documentation, Reporting, MS Office

Location : PAN India

Experience Range : 4-6 years

Job Description

Must-Have

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Quick Sight, Step Functions, Athena, and S3.
  • Strong SQL skills for data querying, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience using AWS Glue for querying, transformation, and data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for reporting and documentation.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Good To Have :

  • Experience preparing user guides, documentation, and process workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with business and technical teams.
  • Ability to execute and monitor AWS Step Functions for various use cases.
  • Problem-solving mindset and capability to work under minimal supervision.

    • Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

  • Develop and maintain Quick Sight dashboards and reports to meet business needs.
  • Execute and monitor Step Functions for predefined use cases.
  • Use Athena, Glue, and S3 for querying, transformation, and data management.
  • Prepare documentation, user guides, and process workflows for implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
  • Use MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) for documentation, analysis, and presentations.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability of AWS-based reporting solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for AWS data services and dashboards.
  • Follow best practices for AWS data security, compliance, and access management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features or enhancements.
  • Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to coding and documentation standards.
