Job descriptionGreet and assist clients, visitors, and walk-ins with professionalism and a warm demeanor Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at all times Coordinate appointments, client meetings, and manage the visitor log Support the sales and admin teams with basic clerical and coordination tasks Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Must be well-groomed, polite, and carry a presentable appearance at all times Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure smooth front office operations Willingness to work on weekends; Prior experience in real estate or hospitality industry preferred (not mandatory)
