Java Developer - Spring Boot / Microservices Architecture

Description : About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in Kafka, containerization, and modern DevOps practices. Experience in the Retail / eCommerce domain will be a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices with high scalability and reliability.
• Build and optimize integrations using Apache Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, schema registry, etc.).
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker and manage orchestration via Kubernetes.
• Implement RESTful services, ensure clean API design, and maintain high code quality.
• Participate in CI / CD pipeline setup, source code management, and automation using Git.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues using tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic, or AppDynamics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and implement best practices across the development lifecycle.
• Ensure adherence to security, performance, and reliability standards.
