Role Overview :

We are looking for an accomplished Deputy General Manager (DGM) with extensive experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing, specifically serving the aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will oversee manufacturing operations, optimize processes, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and an in-depth understanding of aerospace-grade precision engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Leadership :
• Manage end-to-end CNC machining and precision manufacturing processes, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality aerospace components.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity, reduce cycle times, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Technical Expertise :
• Oversee CNC programming, toolpath optimization, and equipment maintenance to ensure maximum precision and efficiency.
• Ensure the use of advanced manufacturing technologies, including multi-axis CNC machines, to meet stringent aerospace standards.
• Quality Assurance and Compliance :
• Enforce compliance with aerospace industry standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, and customer-specific quality requirements.
• Implement rigorous inspection protocols, including CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and other advanced measurement techniques.
• Team Leadership and Development :
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, machinists, and quality assurance professionals.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Customer and Stakeholder Management :
• Work closely with aerospace OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to understand and fulfill project requirements.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
• Process Optimization :
• Drive lean manufacturing initiatives, focusing on waste reduction, process efficiency, and cost control.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to stay ahead in precision manufacturing.
• Financial Management :
• Manage budgets and control costs while maintaining quality and delivery commitments.
• Analyze operational and financial metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Risk and Compliance :
• Identify potential risks in manufacturing operations and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
