Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, and customize PLM solutions to meet business needs.
  • Implement and support centralized specification management, document control, compliance workflows, and integrated change management .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable efficient product lifecycle processes .
  • Design and deploy PLM enhancements, extensions, and integrations with ERP, QMS, and other enterprise applications.
  • Support data migration, upgrades, and system performance tuning .
  • Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in PLM configuration and customization .
  • Expertise in centralized specification management, document management, compliance controls, and change management processes .
  • Solid understanding of PLM design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter PLM and Infor PLM solutions.
  • Strong coding and scripting skills (Java, C#, .NET, XML, PL / SQL, or equivalent).
  • Ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain PLM integrations .

    • Good-to-Have Skills

  • Exposure to other PLM platforms like Centric or Trace One .
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to CPG (PPWR, FDA, ISO).
  • Experience in cloud deployments and modern integration methods (APIs, middleware) .
