Job Overview :

The CEO of the said Arbitration and Mediation Centre will play a crucial role in establishing and managing the centre’s operations, ensuring its growth, credibility, and impact. This position requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities :

Work towards developing the Centre as a financially viable and profitable entity, ensuring long-term success and stability.

Build strategic partnerships with law firms, corporates, government bodies, and international arbitration institutions.

Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks related to ADR in India and globally.

Identify and empanel qualified arbitrators, mediators and other experts for the said Centre.

Design and implement training programs & certifications in ADR for students, practitioners, and professionals.

Integrate Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platforms and relevant technologies for digitalization needs of the Centre
