Requirements for the Adv Mech Design for System Dynamics Team under Engines & Power Systems are as following :

Strong fundamentals in the Mechanics of Solids, Vibrations, Rotor Dynamics, Machine Design, Finite Element Analysis.

Experience in system dynamics, linear & non-linear vibration analyses.

Proficiency in Nastran, MATLAB, Hypermesh.

Good to have working knowledge in Ansys / WB, LS-Dyna, NX modeling.

Good customer focus and contribute to growth, IP & design solutions

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be able to work independently, ensure flawless execution and drive design improvements

Should be able to estimate, plan and schedule tasks

Should be good at multi-tasking

Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills

Lead the work assignments and mentor team as required

Strong communication & presentation skills

Agile mindset with focus on speed and cycle time improvement initiatives

Educational Qualifications :

Master’s degree / Ph.D from reputed universities in Mechanical / Aerospace engineering good understanding of Gas Turbine Engine components

Experience :

Masters with 5+ years of experience

Ph. D with 0~3 years of experience
