About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Odoo Developer who can take charge of our Odoo ecosystem — someone who writes clean, scalable code and knows how to lead people.

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things Odoo, guiding the team and ensuring our ERP runs seamlessly across all departments.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, customization, and deployment of Odoo modules.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions within Odoo.
• Oversee code quality, reviews, and documentation to maintain high development standards.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely delivery.
• Manage project workflows, task assignments, and progress reporting.
• Optimize system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement best practices.
• Communicate clearly with management to align technical execution with business goals.
• Work with the AWS team for Odoo deployment and performance.
• Coordinate with Magento experts for system alignment.
