Job Title : Physics Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled physics expert to join our team of auditors and model reviewers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of our AI models.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physics and a proven track record of auditing and improving AI models. You will be working closely with our development team to identify areas for improvement and develop new testing protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

• Audit physics Q&A and model outputs for correctness, clarity, notation, and quantitative / experimental rigor across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, quantum, and applied physics.
• Evaluate responses against detailed QA rubrics; assign ratings and write concise rationales.
• Draft improved prompts, gold-standard solutions, and constructive feedback.
• Run quick validation checks in Python (e.g., sanity checks, symbolic / numerical verification).
• Identify edge cases, propose rubric refinements, and help enforce consistent quality standards.
